Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms are simply stunning, with gorgeous design and plenty of space, including soft, snowy white bed linens adorned with a stylish orange border that was just what I needed after a snowy drive. The service from arrival to departure was incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location was excellent, offering convenient access to major highways and good dining options, though it was a bit isolated. The dining experience, while a bit pricey, was very tasty, particularly with the Uonuma-grown rice. Facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a luxurious stay at the hotel, with plush rooms and professional service. The location was excellent, offering easy access to major highways and good restaurants. The dining experience was tasty but a bit pricey. However, some issues with hot water affected the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable with great amenities, but they were on the smaller side and not as clean as I would have liked. The service, especially room service, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location worked well for us, providing easy access to Naperville and a nearby winery, but we couldn’t secure a late checkout for our evening flight. The dining experience was excellent, especially for those wanting a meal before check-out, although I heard some negative feedback about overpriced and overcooked fish dishes. The facilities were adequate, but there were some complaints about cleanliness and value for money.
